hi there, transition to figure will just require FAR less training (no routine) and less muscle ... a much easier route in comparison....believe me! But I truly miss fitness!

Ava, hi....I am stunned at the bodybuilding pose onstage. I love it, please tell me what the judges said about that? I am very curious. I am preparing to do my first FIGURE competition (I retired from Fitness to save my joints)...The amount of muscle you carry gives me MUCH encouragement to be happy with the amount I now have...planning to compete at exactly the same weight as you did! I am ultra motivated to be onstage again! hugs, K
