My ex-husband bought me my first gym membership in 1987, but it wasn't until 1990 while going through a divorce that I made a much more serious commitment to fitness. It was fantastic therapy for me during that time, and immediately it became a way of life.
Why I Love It:
The therapeutic release, the challenge of getting better and stronger. It builds important self esteem, and creates positive energy in every branch of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Through improvement, always reaching for higher goals and more immaculate skills.
BB Accomplishments:
4 time NPC Bodybuilding Champion. 2 time National Level NPC Fitness competitor....see website for more info.

My purpose of this blog is to share information regarding Female muscle babes who are potential targets of eroneous solicitations. I have recently been the target of such an incident, and wish to alert other prominent females in the industry of this situation. Feel free to comment...
O yes I would love to get a poster, sorry it has taken so long to get back to you today was the first time I have checked my comment box. I have to say you are amazing at 50 wow!!
Hi Katie! Come on...let's get that arse in gear and your motivation moving. You're stunning, strong and a terrific athlete. Best of luck and sending positive Cali luv. :)
50?! Are you freakin' kidding me? That is it, you are my new hero! I want to look just like you when I grow up! Hahahaha! I certainly do not need to tell you to keep kicking your a$$ in the gym! Wishing nothing but the best in November!
Katie, I am always amazed by the number of my peers who have National level physiques! However, you truly represent what can be done at any age and you do it extremely well. Few people in their entire life reach your level of performance little alone in the fifth decade. It is truly admirable, and I look forward to you showing the world that the Figure class is not just for 20 something’s. Keep up the amazing dedication to being the best you can be!
Right on that could be looked at as either a good thing or a bad thing -training far less that is. You look tremendous right now with as muscle as you are carrying but you will look just as good or better doing figure. So why you makin the switch?? The age factor when it comes to how much training is required for fitness?
