What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
benched too much and too heavy when I was young and my shoulders hurt as a result. Took quite awhile to improve, but dialing back on the quanity and focused on the quality.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
trying to do too much. either in terms of weight or sets.
