How I Started:
I always wanted to be big but never really thought I could do it. I got a little bench when I was about 12 and began working out on and off, but around March of 2002 I realized that I could do very well with lifting. So I've loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. I also love the feeling of blood flooding to my arms and legs.
How I Stay Motivated:
I take lifting as a way of life, its not an option to lift, its more of "can I fit everything in around my lifting".

I want to be able to run a mile in less than 5 minutes. I reached my goal of 300 max bench a couple of months ago (rep twice) but new goal is 350 by December, lax but not a top priority. Id rather get faster running.

I like 21s. After all three sets I can't lift anything, you really feel it if you do it right.

Got up ran...best way to start the day! Took a dose of NO Shotgun and gonna be pumped all day, best supplement Ive used to date. Its gone through 3 stages and having tried all three this latest version is better tasting and as far as I can tell more stable, but still very strong.

I just switched from cardio/bodyweight exercises (prepping for Navy PT test) back to a regualr Push/Pull weight routine with X-Factor. If it's anything like last time, I should be headed for decent gains again :)
