How I Started:
College football got me started with wieight training heavy. To tell you the truth, started bodybuilding to get rid of a cheating girlfriend. I thought she didn't like guys with big muscles. Found out differently!! LOL But was hooked on the lifting by then.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. Just feel good about myself. Like there isn't anything I can't do. And of course, the looks from the women, and even from admiring guys, doesn't hurt.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes it's really hard. Especially when trying to diet for a contest. But I don't like to quit.
BB Accomplishments:
3rd place in my division at the Elite Bodybuilding Contest in Greensboro, NC.
Won Mr. Mansfield two years in a row while in college in Pennsylvania.

Goal (Long):
Looking to compete in the Elite Muscle classic on November 6, 2009 in Greensboro, NC. Was third in the Master's last time. Hope to do better this time!! Have plenty of time to shed the weight. Wish me luck!
She inspires me through her hard work and dedication to attain her goals. And when friends like her lead the way through doing, how can you not follow them into battle by training harder and eating smarter to attain the goals you have set for yourself. To not do it, would not only be letting yourself down, but your friend as well.
She inspires me through her hard work and dedication. With each workout, she strives to make herself that much better. She provides others with inspiration as they try to achieve their goals. Whether it's an encouraging word or a question about diet or training. And for that, I am glad to have her as a friend here and an inspiration.
I do have my hands full! I actually have two more that did not make the picture. There are quite a few from Raleigh on here. Just go to Member Listing and click Advanced Search. Maybe you will see some of your friends. Take care and good luck in November!
