How I Started:
I fell in love with weight lifting back in school. As I got older I became interested in the whole bodybuilding thing. I've been up and down, looking good and bad, but now I'm back on track
Why I Love It:
Working out has become a mandatory thing for me, just like needed water to live. I love the feel of the muscle pump and the power of achieving a goal. I love being bigger and stronger than most of the people I know.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking in the mirror. I can look at an old photo and see the old me and that makes me sick so I gotta hit the iron. I look in the mirror and want more

Goal (Long):
During 2008 I gained a good bit of muscle. I went from a sloppy 180 pounds to a nice 205 pounds. I added over an inch in my arms and legs. So this year. I want to be even bigger. I have researched and I'm going to put it to use. I am revamping my workouts, nutrition, and supplements. I want to impress and not be depressed. BIG FLEX IS ON THE PROWL
Starting at the end of July I will turn myself into an iron pumping machine

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It has changed my family life a lot. I feel better so my mood is better. I am more active with the kids. my sex life is outstanding due to more energy.

This workout program will be a 6 day a week routine.
Day 1 - 6 will work every body part, 2 - 3 times during that week. Day 8-14 will be focused on 2 muscle groups per day.
