Trainings at a hault right now. My dr said I need to take off a week because of a couple of things which sucks since this was the very beginning of my training for my first competition back since my accident about 6 years ago. Other than that tho its pretty good man. How about you?

Thank bro. Yeah, Ive gotten to the point where I have a total arm workout rather than seperating them throughout the week. Ive noticed a much better pump when I do.

Awesome. Yeah, when she gets back from spring break ill give her your email and yall can go from there. Send it to me in a message or something so I can give it to her. She's done a couple of competitions but never had any actual training for them so she's bascially new to it all and maybe you could mentor her a little if that was ok.
