Started with football and escalated into bodybuilding and won Mr. Alabama before getting in an accident that compressed my spine and should have paralized me, but now Im back into training hard and have already been asked to enter in a few shows. Seriously considering it in the future.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Clean and Jerk; one mistake with a lot of weight or not using proper form and your body could suffer tremindously.

Not researching and not listening to people who knew more about things than I did. I've noticed thats more of a "man" thing but I have met some ladies that are the same way.

i feel for you man. i have an injured tendon in my hand--which is in a soft cast and a strained forearm muscle(rep. stress syndrome). i'm not completely out, but have been working around the injuries for a month now. it does suck cause you lose momentum. i've been trying to focus on cardio and abs with some weight tossing. can't wait to get back to it. you look like you're pretty jacked-- a week or so probably won't set you back too far, brother. but hang in there.

Nope, I haven't taken any supplements. I've just been eating clean and dropping my fat. And I kind of have a trainer, but not like a legit one. My dad trains me like once a week and kicks my ass. He used to be a power lifter in the 80's, but now he just lives vicariously through me I guess, lol.

Nope, not yet, the first one is may 3rd. Itll come fast but im super dead and still 6 1/2 weeks out! Im tryin to find ways to keep motivated, its tough at the moment, it only gets bad like right before i eat, right after work :-/
