all my life i was allways the skinny kid on the block but had a big heart...i was allways into sport's in highschool ..wrestling,basketball, you name it...but when school was over i made a wrong turn. Strated to hang out with the wrong crownd started doing drugs, i didn't like where i was headed...so i decided to hit the weight..i found a busted ass flat bench off the streets..borrow some bar's,plates & dumbbell from my freinds and started to go to war....maannnnnn i loved that feeling when i got my first pump...i strated to see rusult's and then my life started to aim straight...i thank the weight's for kicking my ass everyday and without them there no answer were i'll be now........

3times a week with 5sets of straight leg and 5sets of bent leg with 10sec rest in between sets.
