Sorry I have been away, I am recovering from a car accident. I have been having constant headaches still. I have been also working lots of overtime (prb not good for recovering) I won't be back on here until I can get back in the gym...

My goal is to build a stronger body as I continue to build my faith. To become a better person physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Help as many people as I possibly can to get themselves motivated enough to reach their goals. That, and compete on a national level within the next year to earn a pro card.. is that too much to ask?? I'm going to try!
