I never change my routine, just the exercises I use. I never use the same exercises two workouts in a row. Reps and sets are changed every workout as well.

I got sertified through ISSA(International
sports and science association)
I tokk it online since I live in Norway, but I believe you can join a class in the states. Their website is www.issaonline.com

thanx. No I haven't competed yet, maybe in the future, who knows.
Bodybuilding isn't really big in Norway which is a shame cause it's a great sport.

Hey:-) I walk on the treadmill for no less than 45min, 50 minutes next week. On an angle between 10-15%. Speed is about 6km/h(just to slow to jog) This way I get a puls, but not to much so I lose musclemass.
How is you training coming along?

You're welcome:-) Training is going great at the time. Really motivated so that's good. Haven't been motivated since the accident last year. I'm going to Egypt by the end of July so I'm trying to get back in shape for that.
