Cutler is enormous, but a littl too big for my taste, Dexter Jakson has the body type I like. Perfect lines, still tight abs.

I was in a car accident on wednesday an will be wearing a neck collar for the next 2 months. At least No training for me. At the x-ray they saw a fracture in my neck and my right hand is numb.

Over training.so the past 3 weeks i been lifting 3x a week and 2x of 45 min cardio and abs..boxing about 2x a week...the damn fat on my tummy needs to go.thats why im cardioan it up more

Whats up.well..me and my gf just moved in together 2 1/2 months ago and i got off track.my friends arent in2 working out as i am.ok..so usuall i do 15min warm ur card.then a body part.then 30 min cardio.abs then 15 min boxing.then steam room.i thnk im..
