I was in a car accident on wednesday an will be wearing a neck collar for the next 2 months. At least No training for me. At the x-ray they saw a fracture in my neck and my right hand is numb.

I have a serious question. How did you become a personal trainer?? I have been looking for schools that even offered courses for a personal trainer and yeah im **** outta luck and i have been looking since grade 9 and now i graduate next year and i was just curious how it worked.

Over training.so the past 3 weeks i been lifting 3x a week and 2x of 45 min cardio and abs..boxing about 2x a week...the damn fat on my tummy needs to go.thats why im cardioan it up more
