I would like to lose 20-25lbs and gain lean muscle
Goal (Long):
I've always dreamed of being a bodybuilder so just once in my life I would like to compete in a bodybuilding contest. I'm a 40yr old, 5'10" endomorph. I'm about 220lbs and don't have a clue as to what my bodyfat percent is. I would like to lose about 20-25lbs (or more) and retain as much lean muscle mass as I can.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
E-Z curl or db curls, 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
Incline curls, 2 x 10-12
Cable curls, drop set (start with heavy weight for about 8 reps, strip off 5lbs, 8 more reps, remove 5lbs, 8 more reps)

im a job coach, so i teach them to do a small simple job and they get paid to do it... been decked by a resident before... i dont know why i do it or how i am able to do it, but i wouldnt trade my job for anything
I know where you are coming from and I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I used the Body for Life program and had great results you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish.
