How I Started:
My sophomore year in high school i saw a bodybuilding magazine w/ flex wheeler on the cover(cant remember which one). I opened it and i saw pictures of bodybuilders their body's were so perfect i was mezmorized. I got my own weight set the next day.
Why I Love It:
I love that when you put hard work and dedication you can see results. I love the fact the when i workout its just me and the iron and no one else. Everything leaves my mind worries, problems, and troubles leave and all i think about is getting that last rep up.
How I Stay Motivated:
My setting short term goals for myself that are reachable.

I want to build lean muscle mass and reach my goal of being 195 lbs with a body fat off 10-8%. I have always been between 185(bulking) and 175(cut). I want to be 195-200 lbs with a low body fat. It is a reachable goal that i will have success in.
