As a highschool baseball player i started weight training, and after baseball was done i kept doing it cause I love it.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Contest diet at the moment..basically high protein, moderate to high healthy fats or EFA's they help to keep your strength up and muscles full. Carbs low, during contest dieting I schedule my carb for meal 1 right when i wake up usually 1/2 a cup of oatmeal. Second carb meal is at 5 right before i train and its usually 1 cup of brown rice, last carb meal is postworkout and thats usually 40 grams of Vitargo. Break down is:
Protein- 280 grams
Fat- 75-80 grams

Thanks for the comments! I like Activate Extreme alot but I have never run it up to a show so its hard to say whether it would keep any fluid on you or not. If you do, you may want to use an AI as well to make sure you're dry.
