I was in eigth grade and starting going to the high school after school.
Why I Love It:
I have always been stronger than most people. It was something I could shine at. I always liked the way the freaks in the magazines looked. Just nasty big!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have fallen off over the years due to curve balls in life. I love lifting and punishing myself in the weight room so much its not really hard to stay motivated. I like being different, and putting myself through what most people don't think possible of them selfs but could if they wanted it bad enough. Diet is my weak point and always has been!!

I have always struggled with my weight. I have lost over 100 hundred pounds twice in my life but cannot seem to make it stick. I have always wanted to be compete in a bodybuilding contest just once in my life. I am a personal trainer and would also like to set a better example for my clients.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I am more active when I am in shape and I look for a good challenge.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
It has given me the tools to better prepare my daughter and give her the knowledge of a healthy lifestyle so that hopefully she will not have to go through what I did as a child being overweight

It helped me to go after and obtain my dream job of being a personal trainer.
