I wrestled in the 119lbs weight class my senior year in high school. After i dislocated my shoulder...I had to go through extensive shoulder rehibilitation through lifting weights. I made a speedy recovery...along with some added muscle and definition. So I educated myself with everything that I could, and learned as much as I possibly could. Soon enough had some impressive results, and ever since i have become extremely passionate about everything with BODYBUILDING...so I have stuck with it, and I have been bodybuilding for almost 2 years now!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it always allows me to strive to better myself, to challenge myself, to have goals to work toward, and to ultimately have a positive self since of well-being in life in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is simple: I simply want to be the best....I have to be the best!
BB Accomplishments:
Metrolina in Charlotte, N.C.:
Bantamweight: 1st place!
South Carolina State Championship:
Bantamweight: 1st place (Nationally Qualified)

Goal (Long):
My next competition is in May (South Carolina State Championships). By that time i want to have built some lean muscle tissue. My current weight is at 161lbs. and i'm still extremely lean. But i wanna add at least 5-10 more pounds to that...and then start getting ready for my show in late March, early April....and the show ing in the middle of May. I will will the bantamweight weight division again for the 2nd year in a row, qualify for Nationals and then compete in Jr. Nationals in 2008!
Hi, just dropping you a line... Seeing how training is going? See you have not logged in sometime. Hope your still working out and growing HUGE!! - Aaron
Hey Josh. Got my fliers for the State championships and the Cup as well. See where Flex Magazine and Muscle and Fitness are sponsoring the State this year. We may end up in their magazine. How goes your training this year?
You look great after recovering from your shoulder injury. I have a torn rotator cuff which is inoperable, so I cannot lift. Where is the SC BB championship this year? Is it in May, as you say? I used to attend every year until I moved away from Columbia.
