My training is going awsome. Im noticing small gains everytime I get 2 days of rest. Dieting is so easy now that I have done it for so long. I have been trying some new things in the gym to keep the muscle confusion going and its fun to get really sore because I hit a muscle in a totally new way! Hows everything going for you??
