morning 5:00 am oathmeal or fruit with greains
10:00 am 3 eggs with 4 slices of bread (wheat bread)
or half of wheat beagle with reduce fat cream chease
evening 1:00 2 tuna sanwidches with veggie salad
or 6 sardines or 6 fillet of salmon or 6 fillets of tilapia with 30 olives or 40 grs of grains with veggie salad
6:00 pm 2 bananas or 2 apples
night yogurth reduce fat with lots of fruit and grains or
fruitmorning 5:00 am oathmeal or fruit with greains
