How I Started:
Taught Aerobics in High School and after, Served 7+ years in the US Army, and have recently underwent a career change. I am in my fourth year at Troy University for a BS in Sports and Fitness Management.
Why I Love It:
It changes my state of mind to one that is motivated and empowered. When I am sticking to a workout regimen and clean eating program, I feel invincible... oh, and looking fit & sexy is always a bonus! Who likes feeling flabby?
How I Stay Motivated:
I do my best to stay honest with myself. If I expect more from myself than anyone else could, I will succeed! Thinking about walking out on a competition stage jump starts my motivation... so does being surrounded by motivational people; those who are pushing through adversity and not losing sight of their goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I have always worked out and cut bodyfat for fun. It's time to finally measure my progress and compete to see what I'm made of...

Wow!, love the profile picture, you look so hot, the only thing missing is a smile. :) Glad to hear training is going excellent for you. I know you will do great in your show. So I'm guessing your gonna do the fitness? Training going good, just switched up up my workout to six reps at max weight to add more strength and size. Still trying to find a natural show to do in my area. Until then it's hitting the heavy iron and adding as much muscle as I can. Have a great weekend! - Later
