My job requires a basic level of fitness, but I realized that I can achieve so much more. I want to look better, simple as that.

I want to shift my body composition. In addition to gaining weight, I want to drop body fat for a total muscle gain of 50 lbs. I am shooting for a final weight of 180 lbs. I want to be extremely well defined.
