What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
right shoulder. took me about a year to heal and i still have to be careful of what i'm doing. i took a whole month off from doing upper body and came back doing a lot of rehab movements with bands. gradually got back into benching and learned to stay aways from movements that irritate the area.

over use and weakness in a particular muscle compared to the the others around it.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
any movement can be dangerous if done careless and without respect. most people injure themselves with lighter weights not heavy ones. think about it????

that's a sweet squat man! I see you're a powerlifter. Any tips on training especially with my squats which have taken a turn for the worst would be appreciated. My 1st powerlifting comp is on Dec.5th. I'm hoping to total 900lbs at the 148lb weight class.

thanks..i did 2 hrs in the morning..7 machines..stepper..walking and jogging..then took a 45 minute walk at night..good day for sure..how u been doing??

lmao..i would be scared to death to see me on any type of energy drink..i would be way dorky for sure..when i have my focus i can get up no problem early for workouts..but it has been shaky lately so hoping i can stay consistent!!

couple weeks ago i put 245 on bench; but that was after 225 and 235 so I imagine it is around 250. I squatted 315 for 10 reps over the summer but since football began my legs are banged up and I haven't squatted in forever.
