This was taken at a show I played with my band, Volsung. I was 185 and about 18% body fat. Needless to say, I knew it was time to lose some weight and some body fat.

I've gained about 25 lbs since my last pic and have stayed around the same bodyfat... I guess I'm getting bigger?

I was about 160 lbs in this pic and around 13% body fat. I lost 20 lbs and was getting started to bulk up some.
