My brother inspired me to start lifting. Once I started, I couldn't stop.
Why I Love It:
It's a way to clear my head and just let loose. I love going into the gym and getting that great pump everybody craves. Noticing my progress is the best part.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try new lifting routines and different supplements from time to time to see how or if they will affect my results. Plus, it's just something I love to do, so it's easy to stay motivated for that fact alone.
BB Accomplishments:
I upped my benching max from 225 to 240 in a month.
This was taken at a show I played with my band, Volsung. I was 185 and about 18% body fat. Needless to say, I knew it was time to lose some weight and some body fat.
I've gained about 25 lbs since my last pic and have stayed around the same bodyfat... I guess I'm getting bigger?
...And it's TOUGH so far. I definitely feel a difference eating 2,500 calories a day rather than 5,000+ calories a day. Today will be the first day on a new routine as well. I hope I can get through it now that I don't have all those carbs to burn anymore...
WELCOME AND IM GLAD TO ADD ON ANOTHER GREAT FRIEND ON TO MY LIST.. NICE AVI..KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AMAZING PROGESS YOU'VE DONE.. IM ABOUT TO GET MY ZZZ'S BUT WE SHALL CHAT SOON..HAVE AN AWESOME NIGHT..LOL
i'm trying to cut bf and weight but still maintain as much of the muscle mass that i've busted my ass to get so it's a challenge. you've got some nice def with your mass so your doing something right brother. stay motivated!
I haven't been taking them lately since I've run out. I do looove the combo! And I'm totally addicted to the white flood. You can order samples here if you wanna try them out.
I just started a new split routine myself. i needed to do something new to get new results. so we will see in a few weeks i guess. what is your new routine like?
