Overall Goal: ok working two jobs sucks being a firefighter 24 hours every third day and working at a bodyshop all most every day im not at firehouse is tiring,,, going to the arnold classic in 2 weeks so ive got to really hit it hard . we got a gym membership at
Fit Status:
fire dept got gym membership so now i can lift everyday!!!
im 5/6 weighted 135 when i graduated high school.. started lifting to get bigger.. been doing it for almost 13 years.. love it. all the measurement are relaxed not flexed.
Why I Love It:
ive gained almost 50 pounds since i started.. ( i need to shed about 10 to see abs)
How I Stay Motivated:
im a firefighter so ive got to stay on top of the game to do my job!
BB Accomplishments:
well i did it i ran the indianapolis mini marathon... 13.1 miles on may 3rd...
at mile 7 i was getting this sharp pain on the side of my right knee.. at mile 9 it finally gave out. had to walk the final 4 miles.. but i made it . will do better next year..

Goal (Long):
well i did the 13.1 miles in may in indanapolis.. ive never ran more then a couple of miles on a treadmill at a time.. so i wasnt quiet ready for this. i was on the 7th mile when i started feeling pain in my right knee and at the 9th mile it was over. i pulled something. so i walked the last 4 miles but i still made it.. not to sure if i will sign up next year or not but hey not many people can say they ran 13.1 miles in on day. i think my total time was like 3 hours 4 minutes or something i did the 5 in 55 minutes the 10 in 2 hours and it took me another hour to walk the final 4..

i work every third day at the fire house. so i lift 2 days on one off. ive tried about everything. right now im doing.
DAY 1
chest shoulders triceps
incline bench 4 sets 10,8,6,4
dips 2 sets
behind neck 4 sets 10,8,6,4
upright rows 4 sets 10,8,6,4
pressdown 4 sets 10,8,6,4

Thanks man. The vertically challenged people must stick together, lol. I train 5 days a week. Mon- Chest/Tri's, Tues- Quads/Calves, Wed- Back/Bi's, Thurs- Chest/Tri's, Fri- Hams/Calves/Delts.
Thanks for the add & the nice comment :) I can't say that I 'transformed', I was always in shape but had a lazy summer of drinking & eating --- it just goes to show how easily it can slip away.
