I started when i hit 243 lbs almost 4 years ago, i've done the half ass workout before, mainly running more then lifting for the last 3 years so i could loose the weight, but i want to realy make it a life style, i quit smoking Jan 26 of 07 while i was deployed, so i'm making it little by little
Why I Love It:
the reason i like it its because i get a better feeling after each work out, more confedence and want to make my self look better, for those that never hit a over wight point in their life, trus me your confedence isnt that high
How I Stay Motivated:
well not to motivated at the momment my right wrist hurts like hell, and my left shoulder has a sharp pain everytime i try to raise it, but mainly is looking at friends keeping up with the routines they've made
BB Accomplishments:
my major accomplishment was going from 243 lbs back down to below 190.
well how do i start, as you've read before i was 243 lbs and lazy, one time i saw my self in a mirror and did not like what i saw, i've always been shy around the ladies, so you can imagine where my self esteem was. then i made my self a promise to loose as much weight as fast as i could (i lost it in about a year). i've lost most of the fat and now i want to have a lean body with a six-pac and be able to have a max bench press of a least 275 lbs o yea and some how make my legs bigger, i have a lot of people telling me i have a chiken legs and i'm tired of it. so hopefully with a little bit of persistance i can make it.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

Well, I’ve made more of an improvement then I thought I would, I know I’ve gotten stronger, but just looking at some of the other profiles in here, still makes me feel weak as hell, but I’ll do my best to change my body. Like I said I can feel the change but I can’t see it, guess it...
Hi Nestor! Thank you very much for the friendship invite, I appreciate it! I was out of town for the last week, and am just catching up now. If there was a comment sent along with the invite, I'm afraid, I didn't get to see it. Best wishes on your training :) Hope you have a great week
