flairbartenderupdated Fit Status "Just started a new progam. 6 days a week. Every body part twice a week. 20 mins of HIIT everyday. yeehaa!"
I want to stay at 225. But shed a few pounds of bad weight, while adding the good kind. I lift weights 6 days a week. Do abs 3-5 times a week. 30 mins of cardio 4-5 times a week. When the summer comes and it warms up a little, I plan on taking alot of my workouts outside. Besides having a collection of weights, bench etc. I will add in activities such as caveman training, MMA training, cross-fit type workouts, tire workouts, sledge hammer workouts, stadium sprints etc. All of these while staying on top of the weight room @ a minimum of 5 days a week. My diet consists of high protein and moderate carbs for energy. I eat a lot of chicken, steak, ground beef, tuna, turkey, brown rice, rice cakes and peanut butter, oats and drink over a gallon of water a day. Supplements im currently taking are NO Explode, BCAA's, tribbulus, fish oil, flaxseed oil and whey protein shakes. I basicly want to be a beast.
