Workout Program:
I workout everyday of the week, giving me my weekends off. I do my Chest and Triceps on Mondays and Thursdays. Back and Biceps on Tuesdays and Fridays, Legs and shoulders on Wednesdays. Since I am working on gaining weight, I keep my cardio to a minimum, I do cardio on a treadmill twice a week; mondays and fridays. I do a fast walk, then a jog, and then back to a fast walk but at a higher incline.

Exercises are done: 3 exercises per body part, 3 sets (12,8,6)
