I started working out when I was in High School playing soccer and football. I have tried to maintain working out but it has been a sporatic event in my life. In April of last year, I was on this website trying to gain 25 lbs of muscle. I was using the gym in my apartment. However, I was going to school, working, and taking care of two kids, I dropped that ball on what I was working on. Here we are a year later. I have now a membership at a 24 hour gym and am trying once again.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and maintaining my health, especially now that I am at a 24 hour gym, YEAH!!! It also gives me a chance to work off the stress that builds up from working and going to school.
How I Stay Motivated:
The thing that keeps me motivated is the belief that one can achieve what they truly desire. I desire to have a great toned and cut body. Each day that I see another guy with the body I am trying to get, it makes me want to work harder to reach my goal. I have already dropped the ball once. I am not willing to do it again!
BB Accomplishments:
I have learned of different supplements to take while working out because they help with mucle growth. L-Argrenine is good to increase muscle growth and rapid muscle repair. I take 4000 mg / day, my MetRx protien bars, eat as much as I can, and a protien smoothie after my work-out. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know :)

I currently weigh 150 lbs and have weighed the same for 13 years. Despite the many failures I have had in reaching my goal, I am out to attain my desired weight of 175 lbs of muscle. I don't want to settle for being average. I want to get the nice cut body that I know I can achieve.

Alright! Good to hear. Time to focus and make some dignificant changes in our physique. I am changing to a 3 day split from a 4 day split. I plan to eat 6 nutritious meals a day and get cut. How about you?
