Not sure why I even blog over here anymore... bad habit I suppose.. Its the weekend... no storms.... I have my girls... I have my workout in.. what will I ever do with myself... Getting close to having all I can take this cycle... my shoulders, elbows, and knees are stating to stay lit up most days... As the world turns... different week, same ole, same ole.. watching Debbie play hell with south Florida this week.. they are talking 15" of rain.. hell thats enough to drown most of the gators throughout alligator alley.. as far as our end, we will get a bit of soaking for a few until she decides to move through.. maybe she will not strengthen that much before she decides to move on..Didn't eat enough this weekend and I could feel it during the work. I would rather undergo root canals in all 4 quadrants simultaneously without novacaine while having my toenails slowly pulled out with rusty pliers than to ever walk back into a gym at 8 a.m. It would appear the entire Jr. High debate team showed up in the free weight section.. lounging on benches socializing... by socializing, I mean talking about your motha f'ing motha and what they did to her last night... like any one of them has a clue what to do if approached by a woman... they had drink... Today was just one of those days... I have pushed pretty hard over the last several weeks with this routine and I can feel the wall coming like a freight train. I am trying to hold out a couple more weeks before I deload since we have vacation scheduled at the end of July. Holy friggin sweat factory batman...This morning was work.. plain and simple.. at the end I tried to do heavy burnouts and they didn't even feel right... shoulder was crap this morning during the first set or two because I didn't do enough prep on it. By the time I got around to setting up the CG Floor Press, I decided to move over to the Smith and do those with open hands... Hit the wall twice in this work routine so I think I got my money's worth.. I had people scrambling at the end when I was doing my Smith Splits and the Smith machine started falling apart...
