To qualify for nationals this summer

I want to build more muscle in my shoulders and lean out my legs.

To stay motivated and keep training hard and follow my training program. Eventually i want to compete in Fitness/Bikini model competitions or in figure.

I want to lose weight and feel better about myself. I want to weigh in at 125 pounds.
