I have always been athletic playing every sport in High School. Went to college on a High Jump Scholarship. Got married, had kids and got lazy and out of shape. Now I am back in the gym 6 days a week trying to get the body fat down to 10% or maybe lower.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the changes in my body (even though they are slow)and the way being in shape makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have 3 kids at home and want them to have a good example in sports and overall fitness.

Her over all build is amazing. She has added an incredible amount of mass in one year without losing her feminine qualities. I would name all of her good qualities, but then I would basically include every body part. I am inspired by the dedication it takes to stay lean while adding quality muscle.
So my wife made some really go lasagna a few weeks ago and ask my 4 year old son how he liked it (he is a pretty picky eater). He said, "it is good mommy, really good...almost as good as Jesus' Blood". My wife and I looked at each other wondering if he said what we thought he said. Then...
I'm going to:
-eat less calories
-take animal cuts
-take 200 grams protein a day to support muscles and suppress appetite
-do more supersets
-shorten my rest times between sets to 30-45 seconds
-increase reps from 6,6,8,8,10 to 10,12,15
-run every once in a while instead of never
those are really the only changes that I'm going to make. You're right i do stay pretty lean so those changes should cause for dramatic cutting. Give them a try! Good luck!!!!!!
I don't have much leaner to get! Its showing, but less like a six pack... I dont really want to have one that shows all the time as you might remember. Just taut, hard flat abs!
I do not do any cardio, but I feel that my supps and diet are the reason I stay if the shape that I am in. I am not crazy strict on my diet, but pretty strict. Shoot me a PM with specific questions and I will do my best to answer them.
To be honest i dont do cardio, my training is alot of super setting, very intense and high paced. I have a super clean diet though. Shoot me a message if you need any help.
