Hey bro. Thanks for the comments. As far as the traps...I love nice and slow dumbell shurugs, and pretty heavy barbell shrugs. I just do a lot of them. I log what I do on my workout tracker if you care to look at it. Traps are a favorite of mine...they will grow if you push them. :) Good luck and thanks for stopping by. BD
Its difficult. try upper your meals to at 5-6 rather than 4-5 you may find it helps your hunger in the evening. If i get hungry at night which I do i normally have a protein shake or much on the vegetables, or it a tin of tuna dry. For you to be starving in the evening your obviously not eating enough during the day however much food ti may be, so try and up it slightly.
I'd cut out fruits in the evening as they contain a lot of sugar which is uneeded at 1030pm!
hey man sorry for late reply, i cant pm as my works blocked it! but i can tell you, ive cut out dairy and fruit in the evening, watch the carbs! burgers whether there low fat or not id cut out. i eat a lot of fish especially tuna, egg whites no yokes.. its very important what times you in the food.. also cardio is a must!
Hey man, yeah its tough but ive upped my cardio and im eating real clean now, no nonsence! im changed quite a bit from those pics of me (IMO) ill have to upload some asap!
