I've always hated my stubby legs and my muscular calves. Though by browsing through the photos on BB.com, I'm learning to embrace them . I'm 24 so my legs aren't going to get any longer, but they can get more toned! Lol.

I know, dirty mirror. My stomach is at it's flattest than it's been, but it still needs a lot of toning. Oh, and that annoying pooch has to go.

I wasn't doing much at this point except ab work and running. I have a decent stomach, but my arms need some definite toning.

After 2 weeks of eating clean, downing protein, taking a fat burner, light weights on my arms, and running twice a day.

I upped the contrast so my back muscles could be better shown. I've always had broad shoulders, which made me look beefy when I was heavier, but now gives me a nice shape now that the muscles are coming through!

I'm getting a little veiny. I've been taking Dren the past 2 weeks and I think it can be really shown in my stomach.

It's dark, but taken after doing my daily run. I felt exceptionally good while running and thought that my stomach looked especially shredded today :).

I went from 16% BF, 106 pounds in Dec. to 102 pounds, 12% BF now. Not too shabby!
