How I Started:
I have always struggled with my weight and finally got into shape, a few years later I got injured in the military and my Doctor said that if I did not stop working out I was risking permanent damage to my back, so I stopped. Now, I m ready to do it all over again, live a better more confident life and be sexy again!
Why I Love It:
Everything gets better when you are in shape, your confidence is higher, your motivated, goal oriented, you sleep better, feel better and look better. Also, seeing a change occur inside and out is really an awsome feeling!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard too, no really, set small goals, lose 5 pounds here, 7 pounds there, try to add 10 pounds to your bench, increase your run time. Set small goals and keep doing that over and over.
BB Accomplishments:
Going froma flabby 285 pounds to 184 pounds, bench pressing 350 pounds, squatting 500, and leg pressing 600. All those were major accomplishments for me.
