What's up big Drew! All is well and training is going great! So far nothing big going on in July, but in August I will be having an ad coming out for Bodybuilding.com that will be featured in Mens Fitness, Flex, IronMan Mag, Muscle and Fitness, and Men's Workout. I'm pretty excited about this.

We can go to the MWR to use computers for that, but its always crowded so i dont even bother and the work computers have it as restricted, so yeeeeah, lol! This site is my "myspace" LOL!
