Its not going to badly. Having an off-day today and I'll be going to the gym next week and seriously thinking of joining the Setanta triathlon club but I've to get more training in for that

They are coming along fine. On my off day today and going to play badminton tomorrow evening and starting back on the gym on Thursday or Friday.

I've bulked up (or at least put on weight) by about a stone from 8 stone to about 9 stone. Now I don't really know if that is me gaining muscle or just fat but I have a bit of a bigger belly LOL.
