How I Started:
Since the age of 7 I have been registered in an athletic club and I found out that I was good at throwing events so when I got into my teens I found that I had to do weight training to keep up my standard of throwing. When I was 19, I was struck down with a savere migraine that would paralize me down my right side [whenever I would have a migraine] so I left athletics for a while until 25 years old. Now I compete at all events that I can aswell as trying bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
To be at the standard of competing in throwing events now as I was during my teens.
How I Stay Motivated:
To have a slim body but retain muscle

thats great! I used to love badminton! Wasn't ever very good but I liked to play. Any racquet sports really. Prefer tennis. Hope you have a great day.
