i started in my teens,but start to look strong about a decade ago.
Why I Love It:
its something i enjoy and its a great stress reliever
How I Stay Motivated:
if i had my way id rather work out and thats it.
BB Accomplishments:
on the leg press i did 1000lbs maximum,leg extension 285lbs max,chest press 380lbs,got 400lbs on my shoulders,and curled 200lbs on a bicep machine and dumbell shrugs i can do total of 300lbs and,seated low ride for my back 300lbs i have 18 inch biceps,45 inch chest,19 inch calves,28 inch thighs.i stand 6ft1 in height.
working out is my few joys of life.i go to the gym 3-4 times a week.like said before i want to get even stronger.i always wanted to look strong and i started to get that way a decade ago.
i attend the gym 3-4 times a week.i work on my abs twice,other days chest and arms,shoulders,legs and back.it seems like my legs are my strongest part.as i can do anywhere to 1000lbs leg press,285lbs leg extension,seated calves 400-500lbs and etc.arms and chest are my next strongest parts.im...
