Reason: As I am in mid-offseason, I am currently working toward ncreasing my protein intake without drastically increasing carbs (from supplements). I prefer to get my carbs from "real" foods.

Reason: I discovered this product while preparing for competition, so did not start it immediately, as previous experiences with creatine supplements caused me to hold too much water. I DID, though, recommend it to my clients, and they loved it, so I started using it immediately after the contest season was finished. Really like the idea of no-loading, and the ease of taking capsules instead of mixing those gritty powders!!

I was given some samples to try after competition...it is intended to maximize pumps, strength and recovery, and support the body's natural GH production. Reason: This product is a combo of various arginine/L-arginine esters, alanine, glucosamine, caffeine and vanadyl, amongst others. I have found that using it both pre- and post-workout gives a HUGE pump...most especially to upper-body workouts!! I am using "Sucker Punch" flavor....love it!!
