Following that Maximum Fitness magazine Quick Start diet, I lost 13.5 pounds. So I am pretty psyched now. I've switched to a healthy eating/carb restricted Abs Diet type plan now. Pretty sure I can reach my goal of 170# by October 10, as I am now at 176.
