Workout Program:
Hmmm, well today I decided to work hard for the next 12 weeks. Im not really clear on 'goals'as such... i just want to look improved. A LOT. I want the kind of body that makes peoples jaw drop and gasp OMFG, ;-) haha.

I havent worked out a proper program yet either i just ran out the back to my gym and did some things lol.
Concentrated on legs today

Will probably do this or versions of this Sun, Tuesd, Thurs.Will add more to it though so its more of an allround workout as I wont have time for much on other days of the week.
Usual exercise classes 6 times per week on Mon wed and fri.
Running every day except Sunday.

Started Sunday 18th May.5.30 to 6pm
general warmup, plus 1 min boxing and 2 mins on step.

Leg extensions. 27.5 kgs ( 60.5 lbs) 38 91 min) x 3
Bench press 25 kgs 15 reps x 3 ( 55 lbs)

leg curls 5 x 3 ( lol- couldnt be bothered changing the weight)

50 ATG squats ( no weights)
45 basic squats ( 15kgs)
20 lunges (20 each side) 15 kgs

50 full pushups + 50 'lady' pushups

2 mins boxing
1 min step
15 flat hands toe touches
20 alt. toe touches.

Usual stretches etc.
