Arnel, I know your hardly ever on bodyspace, but I wanted to say thanks. I just finished your 16 week iwantsixpackabs series. I had awesome results and just like your ripped series I lost another 10 lbs. So, I'm down to 181--my lowest since being injured. I'm repeating some weeks to get stronger. I really want to do a few one arm push-ups.

Hey Arnel, Thanks for adding me to the friends list. I finished your Ripped series a few weeks ago with good results. I weigh about 10 pounds less, but I'm much more muscular. I've lost enough fat around my middle that I've had to change belts and I've got huge gathers of fabric that try and fold and tuck from my shirts. Now, I've started your iwantsixpackabs and just finished week 2. Thanks again,
Hey, thanks for a great workout routine. I'm now on week 9 of the Ripped series. I was amazed at how tough your sets are. The stability ball push-ups and jumping squats are just killer. Good luck to you, and thanks again.
Hey man! Great transformation...i was just browsing thru the profiles and noticed yours...i too have transformed...i used to be 240..now 180-183 ish so thats good, haha
But i still can't master an abworkout that gives me results...u seemed to have found it...any advice?
