I always loved working out, I started out with pushup, pullups, then moved into weight lifting. I use to lift super heavy, now I lift for hypertrophy.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my body change before my eyes, being in the health field, I live by example.
How I Stay Motivated:
Exercising is what keeps me motivated, believe it or not. If I do not work out for 2 days, something just doesnt feel right with me. Work out hard is my motto.
BB Accomplishments:
NaturalMania INBF, New York City, 1st place middleweight Novice. Very good for my first show. Placing 3rd place at the New York State championship on October 27th, 2007 in the mens open division.
I competed in my first show on september 22nd, 2007 and the hard work paid off, I won my first show placing first in the middleweight novice division at the inbf nationals, nyc. I also competed at the new york state championships on october 27th, 2007, placing 3rd in the middle weight open. I will be competing at the inbf world on november 10th, 2007. Gunning for my pro card and ready to pull the trigger!

OK, definitely fell asleep at the show thinking you were coming out...only to find out on Monday that you were at a completely different show! How did it go?
