Honestly, the cytolean was great, until it wore off and then I got kinda mean/cranky...at first I kinda blew off the side effects, but then it got really pronounced, and I didn't sleep well.

Try the calipers...it helps to see a change some where...I'd lose all motivation if I depended on the scale. Also, pick up a copy of Oxygen or MF Hers, they both recently had topics on this, reinforcing that the scale does not have to change for your to be making progres...Keep up the good work!

I just read your blog re: scale. So far I have not lost a single pound. My fiance however keeps me encouraged by using bodyfat calipers, measurements and pictures. I have improved but the scale doesn't show it. Best of luck to you. :)
