to acheive my goal i will obviously have to take little steps, almost like the little peices of sand used to form a brick. Once i have a solid foundation i can add another brick and another brick until i have formed a peak, one that can never be regressed.
I see it this way, for if you have a solid base or foundation, it's much easier to progress upward with all the supporting factors beneath.
each brick could represent their own individual goal, where once all put together forms what would be my vision of an ideal life.
now what does BB have to do with all of this?
I've always wanted to be on the cover of Mens Health Magazine... my solution; i joined BB.com and READ READ READ everything i can to improve daily. to get onto mens health my target weight is 180LBS & cut.
-So my short term goal currently is to gain approx 60 LBS (40 more to go).
-My monthly goal is to be assesed/revised by a PT/BB coach to ensure proper progression.
-My weekly goal is to have my diet revised by my nutritionalist (as requested by my doctor)
-My daily goal is to NOT overtrain; i have a tendancy to say to myself "just one more set, just one more set.." when i cant even lift the weight more then twice...
-my hourly goal... goddam, who has hourly goals? their know as errands haha
If you want to be the greatest, you have to do the greatest

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
at the location i'm at, it faces the sun, so it's bright and has a sence of positive atmosphere, it's small and feels like your training with your bro's. just what i like.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Well as long as its a solid 188 and not fat, that is a majpr accomplishment. I need the tips on gaining. But then you got much youth on your side. Wish you the best at making your goal. Keep up the hard work brother.
Phillip, you are so lean thats its almost unhealthy, but It does'nt look bad because you are ripped like madness. I guess 4% bf or less. Good job brother. You up the food intake and maintain/bulk, you are gonna be a serious mad sick ripped beast. Nice job, dont give up and keep up the great work. You rock brother.
i hear you on the fast food, losing the craving once you don't have it for a while -- for me when i crave its only mental, after i manage to convince myself that i want a pizza after depleting for like 2 weeks lol.... mad self control on you're part, serious props for managing to cope with MD and discipline yourself on a daily basis. i wanna see these progress pics after like 2 months eating like a beast!
1100g carbs: LOL.. dude thats insane, how long u been on this epic diet? u should bulk up nicely... man how do u manage to wolf down all that oatmeal -- u use splenda? love that ****.
whats ur diet like... prolly not gettin enough calories in... i went 350g protein 400-450g carbs and about 70g fat when i was putting on the weight... i see u have some kind of medical condition? why cant u cheat man, its great to get in the odd cheat meal esp when bulking
thx, i was obsessed with arnold and his encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding when i was 15-19 so basically i did a lot of heavy benching and barbell curls and the sort haha... paid off in the chest area at least.
yeah long armed ectomorph have issues with the arms... i used to be like that... heavy barbell curls and barbell cheat curls are good mass builders for bis and heavy close grip bench and decline skull crushers are good for tris.... basically what arnold had did as he had long arms too
its not that good of a diet some protin ex ground meat lean i have that and or chicken each day .i eat 3 to 4 times a day sometimes more.and an shake after i work out
ripped to the bone man! geez! i would add more good carbs to your diet to bulk out and keep a low to moderate fat level 70-80g good fats...and for you i would do about 350-400g protein, same with carbs...400g a day for a while for a good bulk. good luck with your goals man!
O'rly?
Is it even in the UK? Lol.
Hm, I'll try and find the book. But meh, I'll try. I have to eat clean tomorrow, cause I have a personal training session.
Do you wanna go through what I could have as a complete diet with me? So..I know I'm doing it right? I know it's a lot to ask, but obviously it'd help a lot.
