I feel this is about the right physique for me, not too bulky but noticably muscular. Also I want to be lean as I need to for the army so I am able to run and score good on the test.
thanks dude, shouldnt be to long for you. you are pretty damn lean now just gotta pack on the muscle. dont use my physique as a main goal, but more of a stepping stone. just gotta keep building up and become a monster!

1) How low are you supposed to go on barbell shoulder press?
2) How long to go on dips?
