I feel this is about the right physique for me, not too bulky but noticably muscular. Also I want to be lean as I need to for the army so I am able to run and score good on the test.
Hey! I have 2 questions :] been working on form a lot lately so I just want to make sure of a couple things.
1) How low are you supposed to go on barbell shoulder press?
2) How long to go on dips?
