Hey, i happen to come across your profile while reading a post somebody posted on the forums, and i looked at your chart. If i am correct, you were 154lb when your started and now weight 163lb. So i wanted to ask you, how did you gain weight? I've been skinny for as long as i can remember and i would like to gain 50 pounds. Any suggestions?

thanks dude, shouldnt be to long for you. you are pretty damn lean now just gotta pack on the muscle. dont use my physique as a main goal, but more of a stepping stone. just gotta keep building up and become a monster!

Thanks man! The new avi was actually from August 27th, 2009 along with all my other profile pics are the same day. I found that pic on the computer so then in a couple more months i hope to see some progress :) My lats need to grow haha! That'd be awesome to see!
