hey man i just came across over one of your thread. n i m so happy to see the solution of my prob.i have high bicep n i didnt know about it till now, but now i need a bit of favour, if ya can help. the instruction ya given r pretty kool but ima dumbass in understanding so if ya can find some pictures of those high bicep exercises ill really appreciate it.thanx

i was searching for your reports on a keto bulk, and im very interested about doing one but i cant find much only your comments on the forum,if you could tell me where to find one i would be very appreciated,and one more thing what do you thing about post workout carbs in a keto bulk,i think i read somewere that you support this method?cheers

hey fit im doing a 4 day split mon-chest/bis tues- back/abs wen off thur- legs fri-shoulders/tris then carb up on sat whats your take on the depletion workout on friday cause im not exactly doing that?

hit fit a got a qestion for ya. I am a nutritionist myself seeking my masters and read your ads and trust in your knowledge. I am 5'7 170 lbs and 15-17%BF. I am startin a keto. 1700 cals 170g protein, 30 carbs not counting PWO and 104g fat. does the cals in the pwo carbs count toward the 1700 cals if not that would be 1820 cals. or would i need to drop the fat intake to adjust to 1700 cals for the cals in the pwo.

I'm new to this & am not sure how this works.Forum's all.I'm a FireFighter/Paramedic for a large midwestern Fire Dept.& am feeling my age.Painfull knees,back,etc.But I'm not ready retire.I'm looking for a workout that I can do everyday to build strength & muscle.I'd like to work upper body one day & lower the next.I have been using NO-Xplode to help give me an energy boost to my workout.Any suggestions or comment's would be appreciated.Thank's
