I seen a post you did a couple years back on blindfth keto plan thread. You said get 30g whey and 30g juice as carbs. Lately I have been seeing people post saying to do whey for protein and oats for carbs. I have been doing the whey and juice which is better or does it matter which as long as you get some.

I have purchased sizeon and superpump250 and novedex xt. It says on the label of sizeon to take with a high carb and protein diet. So does that mean that since I am doin the keto diet then the sizon wont be effective for me since im taking in little to no carbs? And have you tried any of these products if so are they good?

I am 306 5'11 and trying to gain muscle and lose the fat. I read about eating the steak or ground beef and eggs in a section. I was just wondering if I eat ground turkey meat will it work the same. I ask about ground turkey meat because my budget is tight and it seems to be the cheapest. I can get it for 99 cents per pound and it's 85/15.
