Jacko2667 Hey fitnessman, as you can tell, i am new to these bodybuilding forums although i have been training for about a year now. Im 168 pounds at about 12% bodyfat, ive started a ketoisis diet (an area i have noticed you are extremely knowledgeable) and i was wondering if you could recommend any changes to my current diet to maximise my state of ketosis: Protein intake= 180 grams Fat intake= 250grams Carbs= No more than 25 grams. gogihead Im currently 230 lbs and want to lose 40 lbs of fat while keeping as much muscle as possible. I decided to try ckd and have been doing it for 2 days now. Am i supposed to not eat carbs for the first 2 weeks before i start to carb load or can i strat my first week? Also, am i supposed to add the 30 grams of carbs to my post workout shake from the begining or should i wait a week or 2 to make sure i get into ketosis? Thank you so much for the help... guest i am on the fence about going on ketosis. i dont really know anything about it besides cutting your carb intake. is there anywhere you can point me to find out alot of information about it. i would surly appreciate it. im on the fence because of my lack of knowlidge and would like to change that.
