"I want to lose at least 20lbs by March 26" (I am currently in a transformation challenge)
Goal (Long):
"I have always been athletic. I played many sports throughtout school and eventually played basketball in college. I even tried out for the WNBA and had some offers overseas...(I didn't make it, but it was a great experience)
Now, I teach PE and coach basketball and have been yo-yo dieting since my junior year in college. I lost like 30lbs to try to prepare myself for basketball on the next level. I ran everyday and followed a 40-30-30 diet. I lost the weight, but I was still very soft. Since then, it has been back and forth, trying everything from weight watchers to southbeach.
I have never felt better than when I lift and eat "clean". I am hoping to hit my ultimate goal of about 155lbs and maintain forever!

I want to LOSE 25 lb

20%
