I had a different workout today. Routine I haven't done in a while. Here it is:

Hi there! Thanks for the add, I am new to all this but was wondering why your goal was to reduce your bodyfat to a very low level and then work on increasing muscle mass....I thought they recommended the opposite? I am naturally vascular with defined, albiet slender muscles (if there is such a thing).....I want to work on the size of my legs and gluts, at the moment my bodyfat is really low. Any thoughts are appreciated...Belinda
